Our team is supported, continuously Safety trained, Electrically Qualified and Certified, and outfitted with the modern tooling and equipment needed to troubleshoot and accurately repair any electrical issue within your asset.
Blayne Drinnen
President - Founder
Blayne A Drinnen began his career in Electrical Contracting a decade ago, learning from his Grandfather at his local Sacramento Electrical shop. Since then, after acquiring his own Electrical License, Blayne continues to establish himself as one of California’s Top Electrical Contractors.
Blayne continued expanding his capabilities into the telecommunications industry; serving as Project Manager responsible for EPC deployment, and technician training; as well as overseeing maintenance and special project departments including a vast array of civil, electrical, tower erection, tower modification, and maintenance programs.
Blayne then leveraged his experience and talents to serve as Senior Electrician while at SunSystem Technology working in the utility and commercial PV sector. Ultimately joining Kat-l-ist Power Services as their Chief of Business Operations. Most recently Blayne served as the Northern California Regional Manager for all Tesla infrastructure assets.
Blayne continues to be recognized for his outstanding technical and financial aptitude; and effective managing of multiple concurrent business projects to provide services and solutions that reliably exceed customer expectations.
M. Joel Rogers
Senior PM - Founder
M Joel Rogers has amassed decades in the medium to high-voltage electrical systems and Safety sector commencing with his service in the U.S. Air Force combat engineering squadron R.E.D. H.O.R.S.E. Joel leveraged and applied these competencies in the renewable energy industry leading and providing solutions throughout all phases of commercial and utility scale projects.
Joel’s specific leadership of the deployment of numerous 1st generation renewable products in the space led to becoming Operations & Development Manager - at Sempra Renewables, and most recently as CEO and Founder of Kat-l-ist Power Services.
Beyond Joel’s current role with Sierra Power Services, he is heavily involved in the Sacramento community, having spoken at numerous Association events around the benefits of both Variable Renewable generation and Storage, but the safety concerns inherent in new industry.
